Hammond Dental Assistant Program Course Info

Here at Southeast Academy of Dental Assisting Hammond LA, our dental assistant program has several different sessions available.
We offer sessions 4 times a year (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall sessions) for 12 weeks of instruction and 1 week of externship.
Students have class schedule option of Tuesday and Thursday evening courses or Friday day courses.
The Tuesday and Thursday evening classes take place from 5:30 pm until 8:30 pm. Classes on Fridays run from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm (this includes a one-hour lunch break).
This allows our students to still work during the week if need be.

Courses will start as seen below:

Spring Quarter Friday classes will begin on April 13, 2018.
Summer Quarter Friday classes will begin on July 13, 2018.
Winter Quarter Friday classes will begin on January 12, 2018.
Fall Quarter Friday classes will begin on October 19, 2018.

Summer Quarter Tuesday and Thursday evening classes will begin on June 12, 2018.
Winter Quarter Tuesday and Thursday evening classes will begin on February 13, 2018.
Fall Quarter Tuesday and Thursday evening classes will begin on September 11, 2018.

We Are Very Helpful

Our classes are taught not only by an assistant, but, also two private practice dentists. Hence, our students get to learn what a dentist wants from a great assistant and they’re taught from an assistant on how to deliver what the dentist wants.
